Question 1

What is Ichidex?

Accepted Answer

A search engine for graded trading cards (Pokémon, One Piece, sports…) that sit in vaults and are sold online. We gather the listings of 6 platforms in one place, show the full price with fees, and compare it with the card's real sales.

Question 2

Do you sell cards?

Accepted Answer

No. Ichidex never holds cards or money. Every "Buy" button takes you to the platform that lists the card, and you buy there, under its own rules and guarantees.

Question 3

Which platforms are covered?

Accepted Answer

Arena Club, Alt, Courtyard, Collector Crypt, Phygitals and Beezie — about 190,000 graded cards for sale. On a card page we also show the same card on eBay and auction houses when Alt's index has it.

Question 4

How fresh are the prices?

Accepted Answer

Every platform is re-read every two hours; the time of the last update is shown on the Cards page and at the bottom of the home page. A card may have sold in the meantime: the platform's page is always the final word.

Question 5

What does "fees included" mean?

Accepted Answer

Platforms charge different buyer fees, card fees and shipping. With the Fees button you choose how you pay and where you ship, and every price becomes the total you would really pay — so cards can be compared fairly across platforms.

Question 6

Where do the real sales come from?

Accepted Answer

From completed sales of the same card at the same grade: the platforms' own sales (Courtyard, Arena Club, Beezie, Collector Crypt, Alt…) and market sales recorded by Alt (eBay, Fanatics, Goldin…). Outliers, such as a $1 transfer, are set aside and shown separately.

Question 7

What do "Good price", "Typical" and "High" mean?

Accepted Answer

The asking price (buyer fees included, shipping excluded — sale prices have no shipping either) compared with the median of recent real sales of that card: within ±10 % it is typical, below is a good price, above is high. The mark only appears when the card has at least 3 known sales.

Question 8

Why is the same card cheaper on one platform?

Accepted Answer

Each platform has its own buyers, fees and sellers in a hurry. That gap is exactly what Ichidex shows: open a card and the "Where to buy" list ranks every copy of the same card and grade, cheapest first.

Question 9

Are packs worth it?

Accepted Answer

The Packs page computes each pack's expected value (EV): what you get back on average. For Arena Club we value every possible card ourselves from real sales; for Phygitals we show the EV the platform publishes. A pack remains a draw: the EV is an average, not a promise.

Question 10

Is Ichidex free?

Accepted Answer

Yes: searching, comparing up to 3 cards, real sales, fees and packs are free. Telegram alerts will be the only paid part (Premium, from €1 a month, or €1 for a 7-day pass) — they are arriving soon.

Question 11

How will alerts work?

Accepted Answer

They are arriving soon. You will run a search, press Alert, choose a plan and open a Telegram link: from then on you get a message for every new matching listing or price drop. Each alert can be paused or deleted with a button, and the subscription cancelled at any time. Follow us on X to know the launch day.

Question 12

Is Ichidex linked to the platforms?

Accepted Answer

No. Ichidex is independent and is not affiliated with any of the platforms it lists. Names and logos belong to their owners. Nothing here is financial advice.
